Large 3 bed 1 bath property with huge outdoor living spaces and a newly installed kitchen! My property is all about the outdoor living aspect with multiple sitting areas all around the garden! The house is still under renovation, which is the reason for rent being lower. The bedrooms, kitchen and lounge are all complete, with just the toilet, laundry and bathroom in perfect working order, but just needing a little face lift, which will be coming very soon! We’re looking for one person to move into one of the two bedrooms to choose from, either furnished (wardrobe & single bed) or unfurnished. This house would be perfect for a FIFO worker looking for an easy house to relax and unwind before heading back to work without paying a shit tonne of rent or having to pay any bills!

About the flatmates

My partner and I have been dating for 2.5 years with two loveable cuddly ginger cats looking for an easy going roommate. On the weekends we live a super active lifestyle, waking up early and being out most of the day catching up with friends, going to the beach, working out or going to the markets. During the week because of both our jobs (personal trainer and nutritionist) we are up super super early, back home in the middle of the day then out again in the afternoon. We love keeping the house a really wholesome/ easy going vibe, either cooking or having a wine in the garden or gardening on a Sunday morning. We keep to ourselves but would also be keen to hang out as well, and love to keep the house really clean and tidy.
