Great three bedroom property in Zillmere located on ground level. Each bedroom and the living room have their own glass door and patio out to the backyard. 10 minute walk to train station. Internet is $60/month split between three people so $20 each p/month. Power bills are quarterly and have not been more than $120 per quarter per person so far.
