I do like to keep my house clean but also I may look a bit disorganised.
It is a great neighbourhood, with great neighbours, they are not always bothering you, but are there if I need them.
The location doesn’t get much traffic in the street only residents and visitors drive down it.
It is very quiet, with the occasional sirens off in the distance going down the freeway.
The location is perfectly situated between 2 shopping centres, one with Cole’s and Aldi and the other with Woolworths and big W and other specialty shops as well as a doctor’s surgery and dentist clinic.
Public transport by bus is only 10 to 15 minute walk away. The closest train station is about 15 to 20 minutes by car.
You get your own bedroom and bathroom as well as a spare area for yourself and a spare room to do what you want with it.
I do definitely want someone who is employed or keeping busy, and not sitting around the house the whole time. A minimum of 2 days a week employment or attending Uni or Volunteering.
Access to household furniture, and kitchen items is available.
Currently no under cover parking, but ample driveway parking
