Electricity is not included and a seperate bill will be provided for the unit. 15min walk to shops and a 10 min walk to the bus for Wollongong and the uni. We also have off street parking We have a dog he is small and friendly once he gets to know you. I live with my 3 children in the house and the yard will be shared. Although they are not allowed to go upstairs where your room/lounge would be. Our dogs hang downstairs, but you will intercept them in the back yard from time to time and sometimes at the front gate or on the deck. Some people come to look at the room but do not know how to handle dogs, so be sure that you do before you come!
