About the property
Two rooms available in the coastal town of Thirroul from mid-late March.
The house is a short walk to the beach, shops, pub and train station (all within a 5-10 minute stroll). We have a backyard and two designated parking spots, including a garage and driveway. It’s quite a small garage, so not too much room for storage there (though we do have a closet with some storage space). We take turns every fortnight rotating between parking in the garage, driveway and the street. The house has aircon and two bathrooms, including a bathtub and shower.
Partial escarpment views from the backyard with space for a stand up veggie garden. We regularly have king parrots and rainbow lorikeets visiting our yard (lovely way to start the morning!)
Total rent is $850/wk. The larger room is $293/wk and the other room is $263/wk, excluding bills. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The smaller room still fits a double bed and desk. These two rooms will be available from 25th March (when the lease is being renewed). Depending on which room you’re interested in, there might be a bit of wiggle room to move in earlier (if organized in advance). The lease goes for 14 months, however I’d be open to changing this to 12 months. Total bond is $3,280, so your share will be $1,093.

About the flatmates
I’m in my mid 20s, work full time at an environmental consultancy and study full time at tafe in the revitalization of Aboriginal languages. I love camping, bushwalking, scuba diving, learning native plants and reading. I’m going to be away a lot in March, so am posting this here early to hopefully have new housemates sorted by the end of Feb 🤞🏼⭐.
