The room includes a Built-in Wardrobe including shelving, Double Bed, Bed-side cabinets and lamps.
The room is located adjacent to the bathroom.

I am the main housemate, I’m 30. I work in disability and had previously working in youth development. I’m keen on health and fitness and the outdoors. Usually busy doing various activities.
The other housemate is a travelling retiree who has the house as a base, and occasionally returns home between extended trips away.
We also have another person living downstairs. His work revolves around photography on a professional level.
He occasionally comes upstairs but primarily, his living space is the downstairs area. The laundry is located downstairs and is communal.
We are a friendly household and although we enjoy each others company, we rarely socialise together.
The vibe of the household is sharing harmonious space together, contributing to the well being overall of the household and gardens where possible, not just a place to rent.
We also have a nice outdoor shower which is used regularly.
