The house has a beautiful deck that’s great for your morning coffee!
Your room will be bedroom 3 on the floor plan and it has a 3 door built in wardrobe with lots of hanging and shelf space. The house is fully furnished aside from your room so no need to worry about bringing anything other than your bedroom furniture! The bathroom is shared between the three of us and parking is on the street, but there's always plenty of parks around the house.
We are ideally looking for some aged 25+ who works full time, is respectful of shared spaces and who is down for a chat or hang out occasionally.
Rent is $280 and bond is $1200 + 2 weeks in advance.
