There is an air-conditioning in each bedroom as well as living room. Downstairs there is only your bedroom and laundry, you will have your own ensuite. So its quite private. The room is ground level. Its a great size, has a large built-in robe, floor boards, reverse cycle aircon and has a queen bed and desk if you choose to use them, can be removed. SUBLET $500: I am going away for 3 weeks from 5 June to the 26th June and would love someone to come and stay in my room for the whole 3 weeks :) It is a fully furnished house, a big room with a queen sized bed and lots of natural night, with one bathroom, kitchen, communal eating area, beautiful lush green garden full of herbs, and a supermarket and all the High Street Northcote bars and pubs are a 3 min walk away. The 86 tram stop is a 3 min walk away and gets you directly to Fitzroy in 15 mins and the city in 25-30 mins. Train station is 3 min walk away also and will directly get you to the city centre in around 18 mins. It is an extremely quiet, residential and peaceful street however there is a primary school across the road so during 9-3.30 on weekdays, there is a bit of noise, but nothing you can't get used to! While we enjoy some social time together and having people over, we also are all a bit introverted and love a nice night in! So it's definitely not a party house. It does get quite cold but nothing that a few blankets and jumpers can't fix. We are all very tidy as well so we would love for you to be the same :) $500 must be payed upfront, this includes bills and wifi and is the total amount for the stay. Hi, I've just moved into this 2 bedroom flat. Trying to decorate the place with indoor plants, posters, etc - but I need your help. You'll get the slightly larger room with more wardrobe space with a bonus mirror on the door. Very quiet street and a peaceful view from your bedroom window. Everything works too! -2 mins walk to high st -7 min walk to Westgarth station -Split bills/internet not included in rent (the flat is gas free, all electric) -Room is empty but you can have a single bed (with frame) on request -New fridge and washing machine -No dishwasher I'm looking for someone who is easy going, reasonably mature, responsible, clean, etc. All of the above would be ideal. If you're a smoker, that's ok, but must be outside.
