Our house is pretty awesome, departing housemate is a tragic loss due to his new job and undesirable 1hr commute. Huge living room, enough sofa space for three people to lay down, aging but functional tv and a decent record player. Kitchen is small but functional and rarely are we out of space. Laundry and toilet downstairs along with a small office/guest room. Garden is mostly covered but we have some plants, herbs and veggies, pretty good spot to sink some beers and bbq. Garage is currently setup as a workshop and storage area, space for storage and keeping your bike locked up. The room is the smallest of the three and priced accordingly, has buil in wardrobe and enough room for a double bed and dresser etc. Small window facing south and a ceiling fan. Shared bathroom with 1 other house mate. Shower and seperate spa bath! That we’ve barely ever used. There are also plum, apricot, walnut and pomegranate trees, which are healthy and fruiting. I also have a very large shed with gym gear (Weights and punching bag), which can all be shared. For colder evenings, I have a fire pit in the yard too. It’s a quiet street, and a nice neighbourhood. Ten min walk to Dennis station, Fairfield shops and High Street in the other direction. 5 min walk to Red Door Corner Store cafe. The house has fast Telstra ADSL. I'll pick up the bill on this, but all other bills are shared. Advantage here is that I'll pay my third, even though I won't really be around using anything!
Room available unfurnished, min 6 month stay. Room does not have BIR but a large window with good natural light. Our House is located a short 15min walk to Station Street shops and the Fairfield Station. House comes with 1 Bathroom but a 2nd toilet, cute outdoor patio, open plan living/dinning/kitchen, dishwasher, ducted heating and plenty of unrestricted street parking. Room will only be available to view from 12th of Jan and available to rent from the 11th of Feb. Bond is to be paid upon discussion.
