Super sweet little 2 bdr unit, living with just me, in THE BEST location in Thornbury! Nestled between High and Victoria streets, Penders park and Jerry's cafe, it really is the perfect spot. The unit is 80's-era, but has been really well maintained so although it's not shiney-new, it's clean, well lit and has everything you need. There's a very decent-sized courtyard out the back, a great shed and a teeny little garden out the front (which has been given approval for a veggie patch, I just haven't got around to it!). Your room is the larger of the two and beautifully lit with natural light.
