We keep a fairly neat household, so just looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and does chores they see need doing; no rosters or anything like that. Not exactly a party household, and respectful of private spaces but keen to share meals/tea/coffee/wine when we can. We signed a one-year lease a couple months ago, had someone lined up for the third who needed to bail, so you'll need to do some real estate agent bureaucracy, but we're keen to fill the spare room ASAP. You'll need to furnish your room, though it comes with a built-in wardrobe, and if you can add anything to communal spaces, we're happy to have it. No pets or smoking inside by landlord's decree and in deference to Nadia's lungs.
Good sized bedroom in a first-floor (second story) apartment in Northcote. A stone's throw away from the Good End of High Street (if you can throw about 500m). A literal 3-minute walk from Northcote Station (Route 86 and 11 are 7-minute walks). And I have two more words for you – Lâm Lâm. So, you'd be sharing the place with a 30-year-old graphic designer who loves good coffee and music, is getting a little *too* into his bike, and just loves filling out profiles on sites like these. I work full-time in Collingwood, go to church in Kew, and enjoy equally both films that are good, and movies that are so awful they're hilarious. I'm Joel. I think you know the drill – you'll need to be a neat, clean, responsible, rent-paying, Christian, non-serial killer type. Unfortunately, I'm not looking for couples or pet-owners. It's not a really big apartment, so I'd maybe suggest this is a good fit if you're working full-time. I'd say I'm pretty easy to live with (wouldn't we all?), and try to make sure it feels like a home here. Hey Friends! The house is a 3 bedroom place in Northcote close to Northcote Station, St Georges rd & High Street. You'll be sharing with 2 peeps in their mid 20's, myself & Maddy. About the house; it's 3 beds, 1 bathroom a cute little cottage with a decent sized kitchen and living area. We've got a sweet little outdoor area with a big deck and a bit of lawn. We've got Split system air con in the lounge, so good for winter & summer, gas stove, dishwasher & microwave and it's pretty much fully furnished. Bills come to about $80-100 a month. The room is a good size, 2.6m x 3.5m plenty of room for a bed/storage stuff, has a big window and gets lots of morning light.
