Our place is the perfect summer house – we’ve got a pool, tennis court, gym and table tennis table in the complex, and right outside our back door. The place is amazing during summer to lounge by the pool or in the shade on our grassy lawn. The room has lovely high ceilings and is light filled with massive windows. Fits queen double bed, desk and wardrobe. It’s not tiny but not huge either. The house itself is an old school that has been renovated, and our section is split over two levels. HELLO!! This little apartment is so great. It’s a 2 bedroom little guy, it’s fully furnished (minus your room), cute balcony, it’s a gas kitchen, there is a split system and a shower over a bath. It’s a pretty good sized apartment. The second room is a little bit smaller, but its still a good sized room, definitely fits a queen sized bed, desk and even some draws. also has a built in wardrobe (it will be fully emptied, just waiting for last housemate to remove all the stuff.) Its located in a prime location in a secure complex. the house ill have NBN connected, the room for rent is not the master but does have a built in and is big enough for a queen bed. I have just moved from QLD so i haven't got all the necessities. you have to go on the lease but you dont have a min stay time so if you have to leave at any point that's ok.

This unit is in a great pocket of Fairfield close to public transport and shops. The bedroom itself is very large (it fits a queen bed, two bedside tables,a bookshelf and chest of drawers) with built in robes and get a great amount of natural light. The kitchen and living space are open with big widows. There is a courtyard out the back with a lot of herbs already growing, a clothes line and plenty of space for an outdoor table. The garage is secured, and can fit a car but has been mainly used for storage. There is a gas heater but no air conditioner. It's really close to running tracks and bike paths so great for those who enjoy getting outside!
