I've been living in this large, light-filled two bedroom apartment since Feb and absolutely love this little sanctuary. Freshly painted, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and...dishwasher! Luxury :) It gets so much natural light that you don't even need lights on most of the time (which is great for the power bill!). Place is fully furnished except for the bedroom. But I'm also flexible if you had your own furniture/applicances you wanted to contribute. Hi. I have two rooms available. One huge room, 4.3 x 3.8 and has all the cupboard space you can ask for. It has a big window north facing meaning beautiful sunshine all day. I also have a slightly smaller furnished room also north facing. There is tram line 11 right out front, Thornbury train station 10 minute walk, with tram 86 also about 10 minute walk. Its positioned in a great location in Thornbury, about a 10 minute walk to High st right in the middle of Thornbury. The house has three bedrooms in total, an open plan living, dining , kitchen space with a wood fireplace as well as a split system. There is one shared bathroom with never ending hot water, so no cold showers, ever! There is also another toilet outside. For the garden lovers, there is a huge backyard with lots of fruit trees and a veggie garden. The house is furnished with pretty much everything. In terms of Length of stay, I’m pretty flexible.

I have foxtel with every channel which runs through my laptop and you are able to use for free. The lounge room has a 60" TV, Surround sound and an PS4. Which again I am happy for you to use as long as it's used respectfully. Your bedroom is a 3x3m with a built in wardrobe. Unfortunately it does not have a window so the door is glazed glass. I am happy for you to put posters over the back of the door to maximise your privacy (You can't see through the door anyway.) The place is across the road from Preston South shopping centre which has Woolworths, Aldi, a newsagent and a few places to grab a feed. There is a gym nearby also.
