life in Thornbury is amazing. You will appreciate being able to stroll 300-400 metres in any direction and end up on a tram which gets you to the city in less than 30min. If that fails, you can jump on a train and get to downtown (door to door) within 25min. There are cafes, bars and restaurants of the highest quality all along High Street. There are great parks and bike paths - my favourite being along the Merri Creek. There are good primary schools and an up and coming public school in Northcote High. The best part of this however is the diversity of cultures. The suburb is a mixture of hipster, professionals, young families and older europeans who settled here decades ago.

It is located in a convenient spot. Close to High st so you will find everything there. Cafes, restaurants, Aldi, Woolworths, etc., also tram 86, can get you to northcote, fitzroy in second. Thornbury train station is about 12 mins walk. The leafy Penders Park is close by. We are lucky on the quiet street, with quiet and clean neighborhood. It is light filled and cozy, fully furnished with well equipped kitchen and laundry, no TV and I like keep it like that. The room has a big double window and leafy surrounded, it is easily fitted a queen bed and has a build in wardrobe. However, the room is unfurnished at the moment, but I could sort out a mattress for you. It is not a party house, would suit someone who enjoy quiet and peace when they're at home. It also would suit someone doesn't has much furniture.

Each room has an ensuite with a toilet and shower. There is a large shared living space adjoining the kitchen including a Smeg dishwasher and gas stovetop. This living space opens out onto the deck/grass area with an outdoor clothes line, storage cupboard and 2-car garage. The available room is the downstairs front room. It has great lighting and air-conditioning/heating. We have unlimited WiFi available in all rooms at a very reasonable price. Hello! Our house is pretty nice and we feel very lucky to live here. It has two balconies, a large dining/lounge kitchen area. Dishwasher, air conditioning, solar panels, gas fireplace, ample storage. We have most furniture and appliances for the house, but do lack a proper dining table at the moment and there is space for more living room furniture, especially armchairs. The house is about a block from St George's Rd and the tram, and two blocks from Thornbury Station. There's a great big park about 100m away, and Merri Creek a little further. Available from today. The house is built on top of a warehouse and office space where I run my business Tsuno from, and also rent out the space to a few small creative businesses during work hours. A literal 3-minute walk from Northcote Station (Route 86 and 11 are 7-minute walks). And I have two more words for you – Lâm Lâm. So, you'd be sharing the place with a 30-year-old graphic designer who loves good coffee and music, is getting a little *too* into his bike, and just loves filling out profiles on sites like these. I work full-time in Collingwood, go to church in Kew, and enjoy equally both films that are good, and movies that are so awful they're hilarious. I'm Joel.
