I am looking for a suitable person to sublet my room for a month (term is from 25th - Feb to 25th Mar). I am going overseas to visit my family and hometown in the Philippines.
My room is also designed to be a meditation space so I would appreciate someone who respects that energy and will keep it tidy.
I also cultivate a veggie garden, so feel free to harvest for your food and make use of the herbs. Would greatly appreciate it if you could help look after it by watering them, only if you can!
The place is in a great location. ~3kms from CERES, Preston Market, Edinburg Gardens, Sydney Rd. Shops, High Street (Thornbury & Northcote)
