You will be sharing the main bathroom (amazing shower pressure, with bath) with Brad, and he is happy to take turns with you weekly ensuring the bathroom is kept clean. Electricity (no gas) is normally $145 each per quarter, internet (with unlimited data) is $20 each per month, and water is normally around $45 per quarter. Food is not shared. Netflix is set up for the flat to use as well (you do not need to pay for this). Robyn works full-time at a medical wholesaler, Mon-Fri 9-5, and Brad is a personal trainer with varying hours. We would prefer someone that doesn't work night-shift, so we don't interrupt your sleep during the day. We are a pretty easy going household. General tidyness and cleanliness, respect and a good balance of private and social. There is a medium sized outdoor patio, I'm a recent ex smoker converted to vaping so kinda preferring a non smoker but it's not a deal breaker. It's pretty quiet here at night times, just dinner and tv usually going. Not a party house by any means. Maximum of 3 house mates at any 1 time. My dogs are usually inside if I'm home, unless it's cleaning day. They are my world and also have some special needs, so definitely looking for a lover not a tolerater. The room gets very hot during the day (all the bedrooms do) there is a pedestal fan in the room - so no night shift workers. Room can be fully furnished with built in robe - queen bed, side table and tall dressing table with a mirror - Or unfurnished whatever is required. Also have a bird who lives in his cage. He can be a bit squaky at times, but other then that you wouldn't notice him.
