I am a 56 yr old women working full time. Looking to rent out my 1 spare room. Split Air Con/Heating in main lounge. Bathroom shared between 2 rented rooms and I have my own. There is also another toilet downstairs separate. Weekly room rent covers power and internet. The room available has 1 Queen Bed and built in robe. The complex has a communal pool. There is already 1 tenant, a 49 yr old male. There is a bus stop at the end of the street (8 min walk) and plenty of street parking just outside the gate from the unit. We are also 5 minutes away from mayfair village so we're very close to the shops and we have public transport around the corner.
