The property is a little 3 bedroom townhouse (actually quite spacious inside!) there’s a smart projector and separate living area upstairs, central air conditioning, your own bathroom with a bathtub, full access to the kitchen and living/dining room downstairs. The room is fully furnished with extra linen and towels. There is a double garage which you are welcome to use but will be additional to the rent, otherwise there is limited street parking. The garage houses the laundry which you are welcome to use.

In terms of surroundings, there’s Murrarie park walking distance as well as the Cannon Hill Kmart shopping complex (my property basically borders Cannon Hill and Tingalpa) and a bus stop nearby that goes directly into the city. Murrarie train station is also walking distance.

I’m a pretty organised clean home owner and take pride in my efforts to make my house feel and look like a home. I respect personal space but also happy to have a chat or binge watch tv shows together :)
