The house is fairly new, with a clean, modern look and an open-plan layout. We already have all the essential appliances and are just looking to fill a couple of rooms to replace previous roommates.

The house also features a double-width garage that can fit two small cars, which is currently unused.
Rent structure: Rent is dependent on whether the house is occupied by four or five people.

• With 5 people, rent is split at $185 / $185 / $177 / $177 / $177 per week.
Bills are not included in the rent but are fairly inexpensive, averaging around $25 per week on top of rent, covering water, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Hey I'm a 22 year old guy, the other person currently living here is a 24 year old female. We are pretty chill and quite, we have friends around often but they're very respectful. The living room is a chill spot with nothing much going on, we kinda just chill in our rooms.
We both work across the road at Bounce, we do like to drink on occasion and we are pretty open to extroverted people.
