I live alone in a 4 bedroom house and am looking for a house mate. Close to shops and cafes in Toronto and only 30 mins from Newcastle. 5 mins to Avondale College at Toronto, 5 minutes from the M1 that runs between Sydney and Newcastle, and only 25 mins to Newcastle University. The price includes water, internet, gas and electricity. I have a pet dog so my new house mate will need to come without pets. He is an outside dog that is friendly and loves new people. There is a regular sized bedroom with a built in on offer that will fit a queen sized bed and a Tv unit or other small bedroom furniture. Can come fully furnished with queen size bed and bedside table if required. The rest of the house is fully furnished. You will have your own toilet and vanity, but the house only has a single shower. I live clean and tidy and would like to keep it that way. As long as you pick up after yourself and keep common areas tidy I'll be happy to do the rest of the cleaning. It would also be great if you could sign a lease agreement prior to moving in.
We have the Bus stop 50 meters down the street and it is 5 mins drive to Toronto or 10 mins to Glendale or Warner's Bay. Fassifern Station is only 3 minutes drive away. There is a second toilet outside in the laundry and the house is breezy in summer and cozy in winter, BBQ area out the back yard. I have some veggie gardens happening year round and Lake Macquarie is a short walk down the hill where you get some awesome views of sunsets. There is a bunk bed available if you need it but bring your own furniture by all means.

The House is located on a hill in a quiet area with mountain views from the front the property. Each room has a large veranda attached with mountain and street views.
