I may have found a single lady on the aged pension who’s interested in a short term stay at my place (1 month). She can only afford a lower amount, which won’t quite cover my costs to find somewhere to rent interstate. She is happy to share with another female so I’m hoping to find another female to share and split expenses. $300 a week each which will cover water, electricity, internet etc….
