We are very tidy and love to keep our home clean :) we are not party people at all and would much rather hang out and watch Netflix together rather than go out. we have three fur babies, bailee (maltese x poodle 2 y/o) chino (rag doll cat 1.5 y/o) and Mia (Persian x Siamese 1 y/o) we are obsessed with them and love them to bits ☺️ we would love to find a housemate that like to keep things looking tidy and clean because it’s always nice coming home to a clean house after a long day at work (10-12 hour shifts for Claudia) The house is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom two story newly developed house in Upper Kedron. The place itself is fully furnished with our stuff so you wouldn’t need to worry about anything like that :) we’re more than happy for you to rent two rooms to use one as a bedroom one as a study/ gym- whatever you like! :) you will have your own bathroom and toilet right next door to your room/s. This will be just yours as we have our own bathroom and there’s a toilet downstairs for guests. We are more interested in finding the perfect housemate than getting someone in quick. Our last room mates took advantage of being able to use our belongings and majorly disrespected our things. All we’re after is someone that appreciates how hard we worked to buy everything we have and treats our things with as much respect and care as we would :) Rent per week is 200 for one room 300 for two (per week) for a single. Hi, The home is suitable for people who are looking for a relaxed living environment, and who may be travelling or studying, or just looking to settle down for a while in a share house. The suburb is on the western limits of Brisbane, and takes 35 minutes by bus to the city. If you like riding a bicycle, there is an 11 km bike track all the way to the city. You will need to be able to deal with the location, which is elevated (and has good views). Pool, cable internet (incl.), TV, fridge, bbq, kitchenet, and regular kitchen fully equipped. The house has a dog, and space is limited for parking on the top of the property (for deliveries). 2 chickens. If you have a friend and want to live with them, then this is a good option because there is a second adjacent room.

The house is located fairly close to everything you need. It’s two story, so it’s fairly roomy. Some of the bonus’ about this house is that we have air conditioning in the living room, a dishwasher, outdoor spa and a lovely big deck out the back to chill on. If you are an animal lover but don’t have pets of your own this house is perfect as I have a few pets who just love to get as many cuddles as possible! Hey guys! I own a comfortable and relaxed post war house in keperra! Big kitchen and 2 outdoor entertaining areas with pleanty of greenery around! Block out curtains and aircon in the bedroom. No builtins but a large cupboard, chest of draws and a double bed available if needed! Heaps of shops, cafes and parks nearby. 400m from the Groverly train station. Come check it out! No real rules.. I'm a shift worker and sleep during the day sometimes so would be looking for someone who is happy to be respectful of that lifestyle. And Just to respect my property and belongings! All communal groceries, Netflix and gardening matinence is just an extra $15 bringing it up to $160 a week :) I am open to having a dog (sorry no cats), But would like it to be an outside dog if it’s a big one, the yard is dog proof!
