Access to transport is like a 5-10 minute walk (380,381,385) and trips are normally 25-30 minutes (40mins peak hour). The house is surrounded by awesome greenery and the front yard is huge and has sooo much room for car space, as well as there is space underneath for a car(s) and storage.
