The house is a modern two storey with a pool and nice outdoor area. It’s situated in a very quiet, friendly neighbourhood with no neighbours across the street only a large park. It has ducted air conditioning which has zones so can be used it different parts of the house. It has three lounge areas which all have tvs and you’ll have sole use of a bathroom. There is off-street parking and plenty of on street parking room also.
We are looking for a well adjusted, honest and balanced long term flat mate. Someone that is very clean and responsible but also relaxed and calm. The house is huge with a pool and central air con. I am happy to work the house hold as a team with a the right people or we can operate completely separate as long as it is respectful and workable for all. No bed room furniture is included. But rooms are all large. Anything I have forgotten please just ask! You will love it! We do!

Great place with shared outdoor inground pool. Undercover car space included. MUST like animals as home owner is wildlife carer so there are two resident cats and occasional short stay wildlife. The flat can come furnished or unfurnished, and is available for short term or long term stay, pending what suits the right person (long term preferred). its just a nice quiet place close to shops and transport , you will have the main room witch is a good size and air conditioning there is plenty of room through the house as well and fell free to be at home . just no smoking or drugs don't mind a few drinks but no drunks or partys .

As there is only me living in the house you will have half the house as well . there is plenty of space to if you need to if you want to bring things in to feel more at home .
My house is very comfortable and homely. Its 15mins walking distance to the bay, train and bus are very close. There and coffee shops restaurants, yacht clubs, sailing, walking along the water front. Swimming pools, beach and parks and picnic areas. Bike tracks all the way to Cleveland. Gym is in walking distance. I do have rules. I don't like people wasting water, electricity or gas. They must be tidy and clean up after themselves. I have a pergola and BBQ. I also have 2 push bikes for people to us. Lovely bay breezes. My house is very cool. I don't have Foxtel. I expect people to be tidy and clean.
