If you are female, we can offer a private large room with a king size bed in a large family home in Wakerley. The house is set back from the street up a long driveway. My partner and I have 3x small dogs, a 12yo daughter and other female housemates in their 20s and 30s. The large room has a free-standing wardrobe and there are draws in the king bed base, door lock and ducted air conditioning. Use of the kitchen, use of the washing machines and dryer, plus internet, electricity, gas, water and all other bills are included in the rent. You must be a non-smoking, non-vaping female who has a job. Feel free to use the air fryer, fry pan, rice cooker, sandwich press thermomixer etc. Please leave all areas clean as you found them.
