So around 20 dollars a week each! The bond is $660 an you will be put on the lease and just pay weekly to the landlord give us a message if you want to come check out the house😀

House is near new, only built a couple of years ago and therefore it is properly insulated and clean!! We have reverse cycle air con and each bedroom has a fan and built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms are upstairs, seperate to living area as the house is double story. We have a new kitchen with a dishwasher and the pantry has allocated shelves, huge seperate freezer, open plan living room with seperate dining, bathroom who you will only share with Pete, inside laundry, 2 toilets, backyard courtyard and an amazing herb garden. The house is completely furnished, but we can negotiate of you have more than bedroom things to bring. The area is nice and quiet. *500m from Wallsend shopping village *6 min drive Jesmond Stocklands *5 min drive to Uni *20 min drive or $18/20 uber into town It is a great location! Super close to Newcastle Link Rd too which makes it easy if you want to day trip to Sydney, Central Coast or the Hunter Valley (or work out those ways!). Personally I think the best feature is my dog Cali!! She has such a beautiful nature. Pete and me get along great but are busy and also like our space so the house is pretty chilled out and you wont have roomies in your face 24/7, we are always down for a chat though when we cross paths.
