Looking for a friendly housemate who we can have a chat with but is considerate of others space. Also respectful of others and their property, is neat and tidy, and doesn't smoke. We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There is ducted air-con/heating throughout and in the kitchen we have a gas stove/dishwasher and all the essentials (coffee pod machine is life). The bathroom is shared but only with one other housemate. Outside there is a table setting, small pool, and an outdoor pizza oven. It is open and airy, surrounded by houses but they do not obstruct the view. Yards are looked after. The room that is available has a built in wardrobe and timber floors. It is unfurnished (ignore the furniture in the photo) and is approx. 3.8*2.9. However we are willing to furnish it if we find someone suited to our household. Rent includes bills but if we have an unexpectedly high electricity bill etc then we all pitch in a bit extra. Unlimited internet. Approx. 10min to the uni/freeway (M1) and 20ish mins to Newcastle CBD/beaches and major shopping centres (Kotara/Charlestown/Greenhills). There is a Medical centre/Pub/Gym/Coles etc close by.
