About the property
We are the first people to live in this property - It’s 1.5 years old. It’s got a lovely and well lit open living design and is great for dinner parties, games nights and BBQ’s.
The bedrooms comfortably fit a queen bed and come with lots of storage space. There’s extra storage in the garage too. The rooms get good lighting and airflow, and it comes with a fan.
The bathroom is massive, with a great shower, huge bath, a large mirror and is only shared between 2 people.
The kitchen is kitted out with absolutely everything you could need, even an ice-cream maker! We also have a dishwasher and the kitchen island makes it a nice spot to cook and socialise.
There are multiple spots to lounge around. We have the outdoor lounges, the living room with a TV full of streaming services, and the upstairs study which also has a day bed. We are also stocked with board games.
The laundry has a dryer, washing machine, a spare toilet and is connected to the garage with storage space.
