Hi Guys, I’m currently running my own business in Newcastle, so I work full time and extremely busy everyday, I’m not at home most of my time, only after work and come back with a quick shower and then get to sleep. Another tenant works full-time who just moved in. We are both quiet and respect to each other, especially the privacy. I would like someone who is also down-to-earth, clean, and respectful. Smokers, couples, and night owls might not be suitable for this place.
The unit is a two-storey townhouse in a great location with 5m walk to Wallsend shopping mall with many services & facilities there, and also with convenient public transport.
