Literally a 1 min walk from the beach, close to Kawana shops and birtinya shops, close to the new SCUH hospital, the room rented out to you includes: a ceiling fan, carpet throughout, nice size wardrobe, lovely ocean breeze that comes straight through the window. It has a large outdoor area and the best housemates ever! The housemates are in their 20’s, very bubbly girls, loves the beach, very sociable. They work everyday and are definitely very clean and tidy people.
Are you our new housemate? If you like being close to the beach, having a laugh and share a mutual dislike of Justin Bieber, then you could be the perfect fit! We rent a modern, fully renovated house in a quiet street in Warana and are located within easy walking distance of the beach and a number of cafes. The available room has a built-in robe and comes unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished with our stuff, so you would be welcome to use all the whitegoods and appliances etc. as long as everything is treated with care. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other and there's plenty of on-street parking available. As far as bills go, we split all power/water etc. bills equally (and electricity is usually quite cheap as we have solar). Internet access is available at an additional cost. The room cost itself is $143.00 per week and bond is $600 per housemate. The room will become available around 12 December; however, we are negotiable on the move-in date. The new housemate will need to be approved by our real estate before getting the green light to move in. Preferably no couples please and strictly no smokers. Cheers!
Private room with own bathroom. My current flatmate is looking at getting his own place early Jan 2020, however room may be available before then. About the unit: - I’ve lived here 4 years and love it. Much bigger than all others I've seen on Kawana Island. - Easy living, no garden maintenance. - Near new, comfortable furniture. Lounge is a fold out sofa for visitors, I don’t have many stay but you are welcome to within reason. Since picture, have purchased an outdoor lounge as well, balcony is huge, like a second living area and we have our own exit via the balcony. - Private and quiet unit on the ground level with an amazing view of the canal. - Room is large enough to fit queen bed, 2 bedside tables and a tall boy and has a large built in cupboard. - Lap pool, tennis court which are usually always empty. - Great canal pathways for exercising. 15 min lazy bike ride to either Mooloolaba or Buddina beach, 5 min drive to Buddina and 10 mins to Mooloolaba. - New and modern unit and complex. - Great friendly helpful landlord. - 2 restaurants across the road, only half way along Grand Parade. - 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom. Your toilet is separate to your bathroom. - Air Con/Heater in lounge which I've only ever had to use a handful of times, the unit stays pretty cool and we get a good breeze. - Bills = water, electricity and internet which are on top of the rent and we would go halves. They come to roughly $20 to 30 per week per person. - Large linen cupboard which is all yours, I keep all my linen in my room. - Large lock up storage in garage & lock up cage at our front door which both have plenty of room. - House is fully furnished. Bedroom is not, however I would be happy to provide bedroom furniture for the right person as long as it was a long term stay. - Off and on street parking. There is also the option to pay extra to the landlord for lock up open or undercover parking. - Have a smart TV so internet connects through it. Happy to look at sharing Netflix.
It is a top floor apartment, very large, in a well managed building. It is a "house" sized apartment, about 210 sm, including large balconies and secure entry foyer. The complex has 2 secure basement carparks, a swimming pool and tennis court. It is VERY handy to everything. Can provide sufficient furniture for short term. The Lounge and kitchen are well provided for. Has Foxtel and free Wi-Fi (mine)
A lowset brick 3 bedroom home with quietness as a virtue. A friendly, open and tolerant household without hangups. Note - law abiding, integrity and honesty all around! Inclusions are ducted airconditioning, fans in all rooms, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer for your own use only and a wine bar fridge. Washing machine, dryer, as well as a clothes line. Ensuited double bedroom and also a larger double bedroom without ensuite with a seperate general use combined shower, toilet and laundry. Digital TV and unlimited internet with Netflix. Lawn mowing and house cleaner included. General cleanliness and light garden work expected please. Outside shower with hot and cold water for washing off after beach visits. A terrace for relaxing or having social and eating times. Several tables for study, dining or activities. A Uniting Church close by so a quiet area generally. Generally easy on or off street parking. Not a party house and has proven a nice study / quiet home from experience. Space for bikes ( pedal, electric) but not anything larger in the garage space. Security included and alarmed to a local base. Beach and beach walking path is minutes away. Local grocery shop, laundromat etc is in walking distance. Local bus stop is also close along Nicklin Way which is the main road. Close to Birtinya for hospitals, medical and shopping area.

Inside the unit: Completely furnished apartment including your bedroom. All needed is included. Smartly designed layout provides lots of privacy. Half of the unit would be yours including a great size furnished bedroom (comes with a queen size bed, besides tables, robe), your own bath room, your own separate toilet and a study nook. I spent weekends in Brisbane sometimes. Bills are split (electricity, water, unlimited wifi). Only 1 roommate to share with. This complex: 1k from Sunshine Coast Hospital. A few bus stops are out front of the complex, easy to reach USC, hospital and most places for work or shopping on the coast. Across road is Birtinya Stockland shopping centre ( Coles, Aldi, petrol station, etc.) Nicklin way at the back(across the lake). 5 mins drive to the beach.
Our home is large modern and comfortable with a great outdoor pool area with comfortable lounges . The two bedrooms for rent have its own lounge away from the rest of the house . The bathroom is shared by just the two Flatmates. We have internet and Netflix and all water and electricity included. And your own fridge .
Available now The property is so close to everything, kawana shopping center 100m away whats not to love about that!. Unlimited internet, BBQ, hammock, close to the beach. Also sharing with me 10 month old english staffy Dex, he's well trained and has a loving manner, loves cuddles. Unfortunately no couples.
Hey, my name is Kayla. I’m 27 and live in this beautiful three bedroom apartment. I am currently sharing with two other females. Jess who is 27 also works with me at Youi and our third housemate is moving out. We are looking for someone to fill the room. We are both very laidback people and love having a chilled household. We are not big party animals and occasionally enjoy a drink on the balcony or a dinner together. Most of the time we do our own thing. We both work full time and are quite busy with our work and hobbies. This apartment is close to the uni and a major bus shelter and walking distance to Coles and Woolworths. This apartment is ideal for a uni student. However anyone would like it here. We take turns in cleaning every Sunday which means you only clean every third Sunday :)
