Always quiet here as the house backs off to a reserve. You will be sharing utilities with me, so bathroom/laundry/kitchen , I ask that you clean up after yourself and not leave a mess. The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
