There is no gardening required or work in the yard so your down time is yours for relaxing not helping to mow the lawn. If you fancy yourself as a bit of a gardener you can always grow something in the greenhouse and try your hand at hydroponics. All we ask is you keep your room and the bathroom clean and clean up after yourself in the kitchen. There is a 60 inch TV in the lounge hooked up to Netflix There is only one spare room the size 4m x 3.1m, it has a fan and downlights for reading in bed. Spacious built-in wardrobe. The room is unfurnished. There is provision for a wall mounted TV if required and LAN or Wi-Fi internet connection. We do have two very friendly Maltese dogs, these are more like our children than pets. The kitchen is very spacious with a gas stove and plenty of room for more than one person to work in. Though the bathroom will be yours most of the time there will be occasions when we have friends over. Outside is a very relaxing area on the verandah and a BBQ area. We love having BBQ's especially in the summer and if you are home we would like you to join us. We are close to shops and public transport.
