About the flatmates
Hi I'm looking for someone for two rooms in a share house. Two rooms are upstairs. I would need someone who works or studies full-time. Cats and birds are okay upstairs but there are dogs on the property outside.
If couples are interested in the two rooms upstairs I would need to charge for two rooms minus the power (400 a week) to prevent over crowding.
Internet and electricity included in weekly rent with a shared kitchen and washer dryer and fridge (can provide pots pans ect) and bathroom but no furniture in rooms.
Rooms are unfurnished but I can help in getting furniture if needed.
There are other people in the house and its not a contained unit.
