I have a room for rent in Watson. I'm currently living in a 3br apartment by myself and want to rent out the second bedroom. The third bedroom is a study so there'll only be you and me! The room is light and airy, recently painted and freshly carpeted. It fits a queen bed and has a built-in robe with shelves and hanging space. It is unfurnished. It opens onto the rear balcony. You'll have sole use of the main toilet/bathroom (except when I need to use the washing machine) as I have an ensuite. You'll have a secure underground car park. I have NBN that you can use for $30 a month. Electricity to be split evenly. I'll cover the water. There is a bus stop right out the front of the unit complex on the road and within the complex there are two tennis courts and a swimming pool. It's about 10 minutes drive to town/the ANU and less than 15 minutes to UC.

Our home is across the road from Mt Ainslie nature reserve. Short walk to local shops, quick cycle or reasonable walk to the city and close access to buses. Hi there, I'm a professional female in my late twenties looking for someone to rent the spare room of my flat. The apartment is nice and spacious and gets lots of light. The bedroom offered has a large built in robe and access to a courtyard. The place has all modern conveniences such as washer/dryer, dishwasher (albeit a small one), and heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Its a five minute walk to Lonsdale Street, 15 minute walk to the city and close to transport, however a secure underground parking spot is included. There's also a small but lovely garden, which I'm kinda proud of. The place has NBN, Netflix and Stan and cleaners come once of fortnight, all of which is included in the rent. The room essentially has its own bathroom as the other bedroom has an ensuite, however this bathroom is also used by guests and I occasionally use the bath. Pretty flexible with furnishings. The place is pretty full already so not great if you have a tonne of stuff, however there is a small storage unit in the garage to store stuff in. Happy to discuss providing a bed/bedding if needed.
