Fully Furnished property in Wavell Heights only 5 minutes drive from Chermside shops or Nundah village. The house is an old german style brick house with newly polished floors. Theres a shed out the back and vegie garden. The kitchen is spacious with two large rooms to sit and talk or watch tv/listen to music.
The photos we have posted are of the bedroom and ensuite you could have. We currently have a mattress in there for if anyone stays over but will take that out. I am currently using the bathroom but I will also take my things out for when you move in! Our lease is up in November but we will be extending it for another 12 months so someone that would like a longer stay is preferable. Bond - The Bond you will be required to pay is $585 (cant figure out how to edit it on here). Views - Our apartment is on the top level so we have reasonably good views. Unfortunately, there is no elevator but we are only 6 floors up. You get used to walking up the stairs quickly, and it is great exercise when you do it a few times a day. Parking - Our apartment complex has a garage that we can park in. We are lucky enough to be one of few apartments that have a 2 car garage inside the bigger garage, if that makes sense. My brother likes parking on the street (weird), so there is room for your car with mine in the garage. There is also plenty of street parking. Aircon - There is aircon in the main living area, but not in any of the bedrooms. There are no ceiling fans, but we have an extra fan for you to use in your bedroom (as seen in the photo). Apartment - We have a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You will be getting the master bedroom with ensuite. Balconies - Each bedroom has a balcony, and the master bedrooms balcony extends to the living areas balcony. Kitchen - In the kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, and plenty of cupboards and drawers. You are free to use all of them. Other - There is a tv and couch in the living area with Netflix included that you are able to use. Our current couch isn't comfortable, so I am in the process of finding and buying a new one. We are flexible with furnisher. Although we both love animals, unfortunately there are no pets allowed!

- We have a pool! - We live close to parks and bike paths (and a great brewery is just along that path) - There is air con in the main lounge room - We are a short distance to Chermside Shopping Centre and Nundah Village - All bills are split evenly, this is gas (very cheap, only used for the stove), electricity (varies depending on season, approx. $70 a month), pool chemicals (varies) and internet ($15 a month, unlimited NBN with TPG). Recently we have started paying water, as this is new I can't provide a guide on price, sorry! - We are responsible for managing the pool and the garden - Our house is old, it’s very homey but if you are looking for something modern and fancy this isn’t the house for you

This unit is in an amazing location, short walking distance to bus stops leading to the city, close to Toombul and Chermside shopping centre(s) and walking distance to the nearest train station (Nundah). It's shady and cool in summer due to wood floors and ceiling fans thoughout the house and air conditioning in the living room. The doors on the deck also open up and allow a lovely breeze through. Moving is also a breeze as it's on the ground floor. The room on offer is a great size with a massive wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with new fittings. It can be furnished if need be. You would also have access to everything in the house such as the fridge, washing machine etc. Bills to be split evenly and include electricity and water. I am looking for someone chill to share my apartment. You will have your own room with a ceiling fan, double door built in robe and the main bathroom, which is also the laundry. The house is fully furnished with the exception of your room (photos are from the latest real estate listing not with current furnishings). There is street parking available and there is always something available nearby, if not a park right out the front. We are in a block of 7 units on the second floor at the back, so it is nice and quiet and you don't really hear the traffic. There are all of the usual furnishings; couch, tv, fridge, washing machine and dryer. The living room is air conditioned and there is also a decent balcony with an outdoor setting. Everything is nice and relatively new. I have everything you need if you like to cook or a microwave and plenty of options on Uber Eats or restaurants nearby. This self contained flat is located in a lovely quiet part of Wavell Heights only 10km from the CBD. it backs onto a beautiful nature reserve and wetlands. The area has a warm and safe feel located conveniently to local cafes and restaurants, shopping centres, transport, 10min drive to domestic and international airport. The area has fantastic local bike ways and gym located at Shaw Rd so its ideal if you are into keeping fit. If you like to cool of in the summer there is a pool.
