This apartment is really awesome, there's an onsite pool, bbq and gym, café and its opposite the Brekky Creek Hotel. Being on the river its super easy to walk, bus, bike, scoot etc. wherever you want to go! Gasworks is not far to walk, and there's a BP around the corner. My apartment has a lovely big courtyard with bbq and patio heater. Kitchen ware and various consumables are provided. Master couple price is $335 Room 2 couple price is $315 ^^^ Prices are fixed, thanks! Both rooms have their own private entrance, so you have heaps of privacy. There is also 1 basement parking space available for $15 per week. It’s a huge unfurnished room with a walk-in robe - I currently have a big tv set up, computer desk, and chair, queen bed, recliner couch and more in there and it still has a lot of spare room! The room will come unfurnished - this a just a reference for how much room there is! The room has two sets of windows so the room gets a decent amount of airflow. Plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops nearby. RBWH is a quick bus ride, 15min walk or <5min drive for those medical people starting at the Hospital next year. Split over two levels, this 2 bed 2 bath apartment is extremely functional as there is plenty of room in both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces. I worked from the second bedroom without disturbing my partner while she slept upstairs. NBN has just been installed and works well. The master bedroom upstairs is massive and has air conditioning. It also has its own private balcony. The main area downstairs is also air conditioned however we rarely used it due to the lovely cross breeze that flows right through the apartment. The kitchen is functional with a gas stove, electric oven and a dishwasher. We spend a lot of our time on the balcony which looks out at the Calile Hotel, The building has an elevator and offers a single secure parking spot in the basement. I currently rent an additional parking spot in the garage for an extra $50 per week. There is an on-site property manager who Has been a pleasure to deal with. The complex also offers a heated pool and barbecue area for general use by all residents as well as visitor parking. I have loved living here in this smaller friendly complex.
