We have a portable air conditioner to place in the room. If you choose this room we will be keeping the second room as a second lounge room and guest room. The $200 per week room is currently being used as a second lounge room and guest bedroom. You can choose to have this room furnished with a double bed, tv, coffee table, couch and portable air conditioner. The bookshelf, cabinet and music instruments will be removed so that you have plenty of room for a wardrobe. If you have your own furniture we can provide the room unfurnished. The room is seperate from the main house so very private. The sliding door opens onto the outdoor entertainment area, you have tv and the wifi reaches the room with ease. All bills are included in rent and we have unlimited internet. There is plenty of parking on the street and we have a carport available.
