About the flatmates

I'm a 34YO female looking for one person (or a couple) to move into my 3-bedroom townhouse located on the border of Wavell Heights and Nundah.

I have an online marketing business and work from home most days (the 3rd bedroom is my office) and sometimes from a coworking space or café.

I have a 1YO mini groodle, he is super friendly but anyone who lives with us must love dogs and understand he is fully house trained but is young and gets excited 🐶🐕‍🦺. You will be sharing the common areas with him (and he is likely to become your best friend).

I like getting up early, live a healthy lifestyle and spend most of my time working, going to the gym, outdoor activities or catching up with friends and family.

I like to keep the home pretty low-key and quiet, no parties etc and do like my own space and privacy but of course happy to have a chat and be friendly!

Really looking for easy going housemate(s) who work full time (preferably not from home), M/F is fine, as long as you are clean, trustworthy and respectful :)
