My preference would be to have someone who is happy to add their name to the lease. - Own bathroom (not ensuite) right next to your bedroom door. - City, gateway bridge & leafy suburb views from the MASSIVE L-shaped balcony that wraps around the entire apartment.. - Buses from Sandgate Rd or 10-15min walk to Nundah Train station. - Walk to Nundah Village with its pumping restaurants, bars & gyms. - Short drive to Brisbane Airport and the Gateway Motorway. - Telstra Cable Internet (with speedboost and 4G backup) already activated and included in rent - split electricity bill 50/50 quarterly. You'll be living in our perfectly sweet townhouse in Nundah with beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Walking distance to Nundah village and the train station. There is a bus that stops on this street also. The bathroom with the shower and bathtub is shared with your roommate Jeremy. This house is very relaxed. Bills are seperate to rent (gas, electricty and water are cheap, I budget $15 per week but we pay quarterly) and we are required to take care of the grass. We rotate who pays for the lawns to be mowed (lawns cost $20 but we only get them done when they are starting to look overgrown) We have unlimited internet which is $20 a month. The house has air-conditioning and heating but is very breezy without use of the air-conditioner. The property is allowed two dogs under 7kg. If you have a small dog that gets along with other small dogs then Louie would love the company. We love our house and we hope that you will too!
Modern 3 bedroom apartment in Chermside, about a 15 minute walk to Chermside shopping centre. You would only be sharing with me and my 3 year old cat, sorry no other pets considered. There isn't a microwave and I do not intend on buying one. There is a large balcony but no build in clothes line, so would need a clothes horse. This would suit someone who only really has room furniture, and the rest of the apartment is furnished and there is not a whole lot of storage.
