I’m looking for a chill and tidy person/s who want a large main bedroom with built in wardrobes and private office/leisure space off the main bedroom. Both are air conditioned and heated for all year round comfort.

All other spaces are communal, with furnishings, fans and airconditioning in main living space.

NOTE: some design furnishings a bit different from the photos now and area for rent currently unfurnished.

Cleaner comes fortnightly to do the big cleaning jobs - I’m generally clean and tidy and only ask you to do the same. Clean up after yourself and then it’s quick and easy for all

The price is for a professional single person but a professional couple are welcome to apply for a bit more expense. Younger ages are not a problem but maturity and integrity are a must. You’ll only be sharing communal spaces with me so it’s not a big share house.
