Two rooms available for rent in Wellington Point. This is a modern 4 bedroom double story house. The rooms will be available around the 25 November. The rooms have a king size bed, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. The main living areas of the house are air conditioned but I haven’t had to use it much. The main TV room has a large smart TV with surround sound system. There is also a PS4 for those so inclined. A running machine is also available to use while watching TV. Another common area has a second TV so you can use that if you want to watch something different. The rent includes share of power and wi-fi. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus. You can also walk to the shops. If you want two people to share the one room the rent will be $250/wk to cover the extra power etc.

The townhouse is a neat and tidy house only 12months old there are only 3 townhouses in the complex. It's a great central property close to public transport and shopping centres. Hey there I'm chad I'm renting my parents 5 bedroom house in Ormiston. At the moment it's just me a 30year old aussie man and a 19 year old female and we are hoping to get another couple of females to join our share house. The rent will be $150 a week or $170 for the big room, it's massive . I have the main with ensuite so the other 2 or 3 people will share the other bathroom. There's only on street parking. It's a nice quiet area on the bay side close to train, bus and shops. bond isn't needed but two weeks rent up front is and when leaving you have the two weeks notice rent free.
