The main living areas of the house are air conditioned but I haven’t had to use it much. The main TV room has a large smart TV with surround sound system. There is also a PS4 for those so inclined. A running machine is also available to use while watching TV. Another common area has a second TV so you can use that if you want to watch something different. The rent includes share of power and wi-fi. Within 10 minutes walk to the train station and bus. You can also walk to the shops. I love living in the Town house complex. Every one is very friendly and enjoy times with our neighbours in the pool. I have a lovely 14 year old cat, so I don't think we would be allowed to have another pet. I'm a mature, but not conservative woman, and am easy going most of the time. Would like my flatmate to be of similar age. Not into parties any more, but still up for a social gathering every now and then. Aircon upstairs and down.
