Looking for a single mature employed person to move into spare air conditioned bed room in my large brick 2 story home. I do have other people sharing my home but it's large enough not to bump into each other to much. We are all of quiet nature and mature age and would prefer the same to move in. Cost includes internet , power and water. Room has built in wardrobes. Share rest of house. Fridge space could be a issue if you don't have one but rest of house well equipped to share. Bus stop outside front door and close to Capalaba central and all other conveniences. I am not OCD so my house is very lived in. I am forever saving from landfill so help many others sell there stuff. This can be explained more on application

About the flatmates
I Like my place to feel like a home for you also. Not as a share house but yes there is another couple of others who live with me. Me, I am easy going, friendly, easy to talk to. We make it work. I work in disability support and live a quiet lifestyle as my other friends here do as well. We all work so would prefer our new friend to be employed as well. I'm a non smoker non drinker and work hard . Very mindful on electricity usage . I do have solar but like to switch off what's not in use . My home is lived in and never in pristine condition so if your OCD then maybe not for you. We do have 2 dogs so I'm sorry they arent accepting new yard friends I'm sorry, they do like to share themselves around so are in and out of house.
