It is in a quiet suburb, which has easy access to day-to-day grocery supplies at Castletown Shopping World, Supa IGA, Otto’s Fresh Food Market, Family Life Organics and JCU is about a 15 minute drive away. It is about 4km from the CBD, major retail centres. The beautiful Strand / beach is about 5km away – easy cycle distance, and Castle Hill is even closer. If you like growing vegetables (in the cooler months) feel free to use the vegetable garden. There is also a fire pit in the back garden if you feel like an open fire every now and then. The location of the unit/townhouse is about 3 blocks walk from the Strand and close to the CBD. The complex is quiet and predominantly filled with women in the other units. The room has a wardrobe with built in drawers (however no mirror), reverse cycle air-conditioning and a private balcony. I'd expect that you'd be a neat and tidy person, preferably working full time so our schedules are somewhat aligned.
