The location is meters from the water and the park is directly across the road, train is 6 min walk and it 20 mins to the city on the train. Close to shops. Always lots happening on the weekends down by the Wynnum Manly water front. I love to keep a clean home, and am always looking at ways to make this beautiful town house even more homely. The location of this towns house is great, it's 200 meters to the water, and a 7 min walk to the railway with a 20 minutes ride into the city. Lots of parks and the waterfront to walk, run or juts sit. (Dog park just around the corner) This is a very loved home and people tell me how lovely it is. Iam a clean freak so it nice and clean.
