I'm pretty chill, there will be a few non-negotiables (i.e., drugs, alcohol, conduct), however for the most part i expect you to make this your home (i don't mind if you want to entertain people at the house as long as you clean up)
The kids' old cubby house is 404 and cigarette friendly.
No cats, but dogs, especially big dogs are more than welcome to keep my rottie company.
