About the flatmates
We’re a friendly, easy-going young family living in Wynnum, close to the water. We both work in tech and mostly work from home, so the house is generally calm and well looked after. We value kindness, consideration, and people being easy to live with.
This place is particularly well suited to an international student or someone new to Brisbane who would enjoy friendly family energy, likes kids and animals, and would appreciate practising English in everyday life, while still having their own space and independence.
The house is set up well for shared living, with a downstairs area that has its own lounge, deck, and kitchenette, offering a good balance of privacy and connection. We also have a very friendly dog and cat, and a cleaner comes regularly.
We’re relaxed and easy, and are looking for someone who’s thoughtful, responsible, and considerate of others, ideally for a longer-term stay.
