Just a short walk to the end of the street has you at three beautiful lakes, that provide a sanctuary for wetland birds and the most beautiful sight of the mountain range that you can image. Evenings provide beautiful sunsets lakeside. These lakes are the beginning of the Yarra Valley township where you will find supermarkets, cafes and many restaurants. The house is a modern brick 3 bedroom + study, 2 bathrooms (you will only share the bathroom with one other), has solar power, ducted heating (4 star efficiency) & evaporative cooling, backyard-great entertaining area with BBQ, off street parking, nestled in a quiet court location. Chirnside Park and Eastland shopping centres are a 15 minute drive away, with a local shopping strip that is only 5 mins away. There is a reserve at the end of the court with a lake that you can put a canoe on and when you go for a walk there, people mostly give you a warm greeting. Lovely to go and sit there on a bench, ponder the days events and solve the worlds problems.
