I have a room available in my house in Lilydale. 15 minute walk to station/main street aswell. 3 minute drive to chirnside park shopping centre. 5 minutes to Yarra Glen/wineries and 12 minutes to Ringwood/Eastland. $180 pw, bills shared into thirds. Included in the rent is nbn Internet and Garden Maintenance. Bills are around $80 a month. $360 bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe. Bathroom has a large bath and there is off street parking available. You will be living with 2 dogs and they are very friendly and super cute. Bit about us: I am 24, a chef, I am friendly, honest and inclusive. I enjoy cooking, and keeping active. I have rented the house for over 5 years so having housemates is not new to me. :) Drew, the other housemate is 20, female, works full time, does bodybuilding and keeps to herself most of the time. It’s a newish 3 bed room townhouse. It’s clean and we prefer to stay it this way. Available room: Has cooler/heater split type as you can see on the photo. It has a bed if you need to use it. The bathroom is shared by you and my flattie. Kitchen is for everyone to use - making sure the place is tidy after use. There is a lounge and dining place for your comfort. You can use the wood heater also. Washing machine is available but no dryer. About the internet - telstra connected and Free to use but it’s a bit slow due to the location. Not yet NBN ready. At times, we invite friends to come over for dinner. We much prefer to make this place NOT a party place as we have quiet neighbours also. Over night stay for parents is alright.
