I’m offering a lovely bedroom in my home in Yarra Glen.
My ideal flatmate is a female or will consider a couple (see notes below on pricing for a couple).
It’s a spacious, light filled home with a clean, practical vibe.

You’ll be sharing the home with me! I’m a professional, full time worker in the local community and I spend about 3, sometimes 4, nights a week elsewhere.
I’m pretty chilled. I love gardening, cooking and travel.
I like things kept neat and clean.
While I love a chat, I also respect privacy and quiet time.

You’ll have one bedroom with a triple wardrobe for storage.
The main bathroom with separate toilet will be for you to use and maintain as I have my own en-suite.
The kitchen is spacious with a large oven and lots of bench space.
The main living and meals area is neat and tidy with a relaxed vibe and nice indoor plants.
Lots of windows make it bright and airy.
Nice size laundry and outdoor clothes line.
A lovely new deck area and paved area outside is perfect for morning coffee.
The home has air conditioning (cooling) and heating and bills are shared.
There is one off street car park available in a shared driveway.

Strictly smoke free, vape free, drug free.
The occasional wine is fine as we are in wine country after all!

For one housemate, bills will be shared 50/50 (electricity/gas/water)
**RENT for one female is $300 per week (paid weekly) plus bills.**

For a couple, bills will be shared in thirds (electricity/gas/water)
**RENT for a couple is $395 per week (paid weekly) plus bills.**

Inspection invited so we can make sure it's a good fit!
Please note that I would require a BOND (4 weeks rent) at the commencement of your stay, plus the first week rent in advance. Rent would be paid weekly in advance.
At the end of your stay, bond will be returned if everything is in order and all rent/bills are settled.
