About the property
Hey folks! We’ve got a room available in our lovely share house and we’re looking for someone ( or a couple ) who are respectful and easy going to join the gang. We can offer a flexible stay time for the right person 😊
The room has plush carpet and a built in robe. We can offer it furnished with a bed, bed sheets and bedside table for no extra cost if you need. The rent is $200 ($250 for couples) per week. Water/Gas/Electricity bills are split evenly amongst all tenants. Move in anytime!
It’s a chilled and peaceful household located 800m from the Aldinga shopping centre and a 5 minute drive from beautiful Port Willunga beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a large lounge area, and a great back patio area with a BBQ, surrounded by greenery. We also have a shed with tools and extra storage if necessary.
We’re in our 20’s and early 30’s, all working full time. We tend to do our own thing but appreciate sharing some banter and a wine from time to time. We keep a calm and tidy home with plenty of respect and no drama. If you think you’re a good fit, send us a message and come to check it out.

About the flatmates
Hey Folks! Me (Mats) and Jasmin are good mates who went halves and bought a house! Mats works and lives in Queensland doing resort maintenance and Jasmin is a youth worker. We have 4 housemates (Sach, Alice, James and Shaden) who are great value and very easy to live with 👌 . We have a big 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house, nice and close to the ocean in sunny Aldinga beach 🏖️. Currently we have a full house but James and Alice are leaving us to move closer to work so their bedroom up for rent. We’re all pretty laid back and look forward to living with like minded people.
