About the flatmates
Hi there,
I'm Carl, 37 and currently live by myself in in a 3 bedroom house in Aldinga Beach. Looking for vintage casuals for 2026. In 2024 I had a couple from Germany and a couple from Estonia live with me during vintage. Both couples were in their early 20's and stayed 3-5 months. In 2025 I had an English and Italian guy stay for 3.5 months both mid 20's.
I have over 10 years experience in the wine industry having worked in various roles as a Winemaker, Lab Manager, Cellarhand in nearby McLaren Vale. I have also done an overseas vintage in Oregon, USA.
I enjoy meeting new people and have formed some fantastic friendships over the years with people from all over the world.
I love adventures, the beach, road trips looking for waves or fishing, wine, gin, kayaking, gardening, reading, relaxing, binge watching a series, distilling, spearfishing, cooking, meeting new people, playing some tunes while cooking a BBQ, drinking some wine over a good conversation and laugh.
You will find me a very easy going guy to live with and i look forward to showing you around this beautiful part of the world.
