double brick, solid house with 20+ fruit trees, veggies gardens, combustion heater and open plan living. 3 bedrooms, separate toilet from bathroom and plenty of outdoor space. There is room for chickens if you want to collect your own eggs. This house is a GEM, and we can't wait to meet the right person to move in.
note: some of the photos are of the house but with different furniture. The room available has a matress, and we can provide a bed base.

Hi guys,
I need to start by saying that this home was recently renovated to be my forever home, I LOVE it, but we have just moved out and now it is up for rent per room as a new share house.
The house is double brick, on a large block 780m2. It is 3 streets back from the beach, 2km to Aldinga Beach and 3km from Port Willunga beach.
There are cafes in walking distance and within a short drive. You could walk to the grocery store if you wanted.
The house is fully furnished. The current available bedroom has a matress and we can provide a bedbase if required.
There is a separate toilet to bathroom, and the bathroom is newly renovated and beautiful.
The kitchen and butlers pantry were new 1 year ago and are a dream for anyone that loves to cook or make preserves. We usually have 100 tomato plants in and last year jarred 100+ jars of tomato.
There are over 20 fruit trees in the yard, incl some rarer ones.
here is a little bit about the bedrooms:
BEDROOM 2: (available)
the second largest bedroom, ideal for a single person. This room has a beautiful north facing window, a queen bed and matress, built-ins and a hanging rack. It also has a little desk/mirrow built in space.
There are currently two women living here, they are amazing, both of them have a dog, so dogs are welcome, but if you also have a dog we will just need to see how three dogs will work in the house.
cheers,
Jay
