Hey there! I’m Juliet, and I’m looking for a new housemate to move into my happy home. It’s a townhouse that’s perfect for two, and the esplanade is an 8 min walk away!

-Both bedrooms are same size (3m x 4m) and both upstairs with a shared bathroom. Your bedroom is fully furnished, but this is flexible
-Open living/ kitchen and seperate laundry with washing machine & microwave
- Excellent LG Aircon/ Heater throughout home
- Bathroom has seperate shower & bath
- 2 toilets (one downstairs)
-Projector for cute movie nights
- Space can be made in garage for your extra stuff if needed.
-Parking for your car is in a nook in driveway, or on the street
*Bills included are electricity, gas, water, TP and wifi (current wifi plan is with FLIP, $60 p.m). If you can find a better deal I’m all ears. I’ve found it’s worked well with my previous housemates to take turns buying dishwashing liquid and green bags for compost, and take turns cleaning fortnightly. Let’s chat more when we meet.

I’d prefer a female or LGBTQI individual to move in who values positivity, communication, peace & recycling! I’m hoping you will be on board with a low tox home. For me that means no toxic cleaning chemicals and sprays, but fine to use sprays (like hairspray) in the courtyard if you need. I love living in my clean, child-free 🙊 eco friendly, uncluttered space. I hope you will too 🥰
