Modern, calm coastal living in a newer home in Aldinga Beach. The house is spacious and light, with 4 bedrooms plus a separate media room, and a large open-plan kitchen / dining / living area that feels relaxed and comfortable.
Both rooms are fully furnished (quality bed + desk setup + built-in wardrobe), and the home has ducted heating and cooling throughout, including the bedrooms. Tenants mainly use the main bathroom, as we have our own ensuite, so it feels more like having your own space.
We keep the home clean, peaceful, and well looked after, with a veggie/herb garden and a welcoming, easygoing vibe.
Location-wise, it’s a great base for a simple routine, close to Aldinga Beach, a conservation park, Aldinga shopping centre, library and an easy trip to Willunga Farmers Market and the McLaren Vale/Willunga food and wine region.
