About the flatmates
Looking for singles ($300 p/week) or couple ($400 p/week)
Must be fairly clean, respectful of furniture that’s already in the house etc.
Would prefer noise on weekdays to be low at night as work days are long.
There’s a 3rd spare room, for couples you can have this to use for storage or a study room to keep clutter out of the room.
Singles we can share the space for storage
I spend most of my day out at work anywhere from 5am, go to the gym on my way back from work and might be home around 7/8pm. Weekends I like to be home but not always. I’ll respect your time as well, if your a couple I understand how alone time can feel weird in a share house.
I’m in the process of trying to add some more character into the house too.
There’s plenty of kitchen stuff for cooking and cupboard space for your own stuff.
