Looking for a housemate to move into modern home in Andrews Farm. Medium sized room with queen bed and bed side table, built in robes (with shelves).
$260 pw including bills (subject to fair use) + 2 weeks bond
We are pretty relaxed, don't party, but yet social. Like to keep a clean house.
The house is fully furnished. Internet, ducted heating/cooling, dishwasher. Nice backyard with lawn and alfresco area.
Prefer housemate working full time and in our age bracket.
Sorry the room is not suitable for couples or housemates with pets. No smoking. There is no off street parking, but plenty of parking on the street.
