Quiet clean house of mostly people who work, some study as well..
All fairly focused and chilled.
Quite a respectful group, with shared responsibilities to clean and maintain.
Not a party house, more a refuge where you can relax and recuperate, good for quiet study and reflection.
All get on well and very happy to enjoy each others company, be nice if you can fit in with them all.
