About the property
We have a spare empty bedroom with built in wardrobe. The room also has a window outlooking to backyard garden, creek and bridge! Another benefit of this room is that it is next to internet router and gets fast internet speeds.
This house has amazing views from the Balcony and one could often see birds and animals like Koala bears!
There is a 4K TV in the living room that all is allowed to use!
Internet is only $20 per month. We all split the internet equally in cost and it is a fast speed enough for all 4 roommates to stream video services at HD.
If needed we do not mind each other using the lounge room by themselves left to their own privacy. Most of the time we all like to keep to ourselves within our rooms anyway so the lounge room is free to use.
We have air conditioning and fire place in the lounge that works extremely really well!

Greetings!
My main work is as a music teacher and producer. However, I always make sure to limit the noise using headphones if quiet time is needed.
Also, I am a uni student doing a masters of project management and also part-time worker who needs more roommates to lower rent cost.
We are a clean and tidy household and we always aim to care for each others needs. Also, luckily, the backyard is very large with heaps of natural plants and there is a balcony that overlooks the property to a creek and bridge! We are aiming for two girls and two guys living at the property, We currently have 1 girl and 2 guys including myself. So we are looking for another lady to move in.
It is also only $150 per week.
