Hi, we are offering a medium bedroom with a queen sized bed in this very spacious 4-bedroom house located in Beverley on a secure street.

Shared bathroom facilities - two toilets and 2 bathrooms with shower and spa bath.

You will be sharing the other parts of this modern and comfortable home with 3 working males.

Your room will be fully furnished - Including linen and towels etc. (optional)

This modern property is located 8km from the CBD.

It has a nice courtyard out the back. There is a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner.

There is plenty of on street parking.

Our other housemates living here are friendly, welcoming, respectful and professional (This is governed by our application process)

They are not party goers and keep the house in a clean respectable state at all times. (We have positive housemates to a high standard and I only accept people who will fit the demographics inside the house)

Young professionals, international and local students (like-minded people) will be preferred and group applications are welcomed.
