looking for two housemates to join a beautiful four bedroom house in blackwood, 5051. the house is surrounded by nature and is very tranquil on a quiet road.
the location is streets back from the main road in blackwood, making it only a 10 minute drive to flinders university. there are shops, café's and public transport (bus and train) in walking distance.
there are two rooms available to rent with bills excluded, however, can work out an including bills pw rent if preferred. the main/ master bedroom is $280 pw with a built in wardrobe. the smaller room is $250 pw. all rooms have own air conditioning. one bathroom to share with two seperate living areas.
