I’m looking for a female housemate to join our brand new double-storey home in Blair Athol, available from 11 February.
The room is unfurnished (3m x 3m) with a built-in wardrobe and shares a bathroom with one other housemate. The house is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath home with air conditioning (in your room as well), and shared use of a fully furnished kitchen and laundry. No one has used the bedroom before.
Rent is $275 per week, internet included, with other bills shared.
Lease is 6 months to start, with the option to extend if we’re a good fit!
Location is very central:
Bus stops 2–3 mins walk
Churchill Shopping Centre: 5 mins drive (15 mins walk)
Costco: 6 mins drive
Adelaide CBD: 10–15 mins drive / ~20 mins by bus
You’ll be sharing with two working girlies in their 20s–30s. We’re clean, respectful, friendly, and enjoy a calm, comfortable home.
