About the property
What really makes our house shine is how well looked after and comfortable it is. We have a gardener and a cleaner who come once a month, both included in the rent, which makes maintaining the house easy and stress free. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms and includes a washing machine and dryer, along with free WiFi.
At the top of the property we have two large sheds, one set up as a man cave and the other currently being converted into a music studio. There is parking available for up to five cars, a spacious front yard, and a backyard with a fire pit that’s perfect for nights with friends. Our patio has pull down windows and a gas heater, so it stays cosy and warm even in cooler weather. We’ve also just renovated our main bathroom, which is now beautiful and modern.
Location wise, we’re in a really convenient spot. The house is a two minute walk from the bus stop and right around the corner from our local shopping centre, so everything you need is close by.

Hi! My name’s Lottie, I’m 18, and I live here with three other housemates: Ali (20), Oliver (18) and Brock (20). We’re a really close, easy going household and are all super respectful of each other and our space.
We love having friends over and enjoy a good party, but we also value a clean, comfortable home. Everyone pulls their weight and we’re all very clean, tidy, and take pride in the house. We also love cooking and often share meals together, so the place always feels warm and lived in.
