About the property
The room availiable is the largest room in the house 2.9m x 4.3m. We are close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk and have a large yard with veggie gardens and fruit and nut trees. We also have a fire pit in the backyard and a climbing wall. The house has a new kitchen, recent split system air con and all the rooms have a ceiling fan. Rent includes bills. Anyone who is keen to help out in the garden will have priority.

We're a couple, one in our late twenties and the other in our early thirties, living with our two dogs, Eevee and Mash Potato. One of us is a Ranger and the other works at a climbing gym. We love our place, the beach, and walking the dogs.
